1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Travelipedia's website and services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Booking Services

Travelipedia acts as an intermediary between you and travel service providers (airlines, hotels, bus operators). We facilitate bookings on your behalf. The actual service is provided by third-party suppliers and their terms and conditions also apply to your booking.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are dynamic and may change without notice. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, the price is locked. Payments are processed securely through BillDesk payment gateway.

4. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after successful payment processing and receipt of a confirmation email from us. Please check all booking details carefully. Travelipedia is not responsible for errors in booking details provided by the user.

5. Cancellations & Modifications

Cancellation and modification policies vary by airline, hotel, and bus operator. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for detailed information. Travelipedia charges a convenience fee which is non-refundable in all cases.

6. Travel Documents

It is the traveller's responsibility to ensure they have valid travel documents including passport, visa, and any other required documents. Travelipedia is not responsible for any issues arising from invalid or missing travel documents.

7. Limitation of Liability

Travelipedia's liability is limited to the booking amount paid. We are not responsible for:

• Flight delays, cancellations, or changes by airlines
• Hotel overbooking or service quality issues
• Loss of baggage or personal belongings
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Force majeure events

8. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Travelipedia is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in West Bengal, India.
